Return & Refund Policy for ToneTabs

At ToneTabs, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be happy with your purchase. Please review our policy below before placing an order.

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the custom and small-batch nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect items ordered by the customer

  • Minor variations in color or appearance

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we will make it right.

To request a replacement or refund, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or refund if the issue is confirmed.

3. Shipping Issues

  • ToneTabs is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered

However, if something goes wrong, please reach out—we’ll do our best to help.

4. Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly, so we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order is placed.
